When foreign matter is stuck in the grate cooler, such as the foreign matter between the movable rod and the grate plate, it will bring a lot of resistance to the movable beam, and part of the resistance will be transmitted to the castor plate.
In terms of machinery, castor plate coolers are conveying equipment for the cement industry. Because of its transportation of high-temperature clinker, the working environment is bad, and it has the function of heat energy replacement, which is directly related to the recovery of heat energy, so it is particularly important. Now briefly introduce the mechanical failure forms and treatment methods in its operation.
1.Common mechanical failures of castor plates.
The castor plate cooler consists of a driving device (divided into hydraulic drive and mechanical drive), a crusher, a castor bed (including grate plates and grate beams), a shell (including durable materials) and a fan. Common forms of failure are as follows:
Compared with the third generation machine, the grate plate rarely falls off. The reasons are as follows: First, the connecting bolt between the grate plate and the grate box is broken, and the lower part of the grate plate is loosened to squeeze the clinker particles. Once the grate plate rises to interfere with the movable bar, the movable bar has a chance to hit the grate plate. When foreign matter is stuck in the grate cooler, such as the foreign matter between the movable rod and the grate plate, it will bring a lot of resistance to the movable beam, and part of the resistance will be transmitted to the grate plate. As the movable rod moves back and forth, the bolts of the grate box and beam will break, causing the grate box to move or fall off with the grate plate.
2.The push rod broke.
The push rod is divided into movable rod and fixed rod, and fracture is more common. This is mainly caused by the following reasons. First of all, when there is a foreign object or a large material, such as a foreign object squeezed between the fixed rods, the operating space of the movable rod is limited and it will break; if there is a foreign object under the movable rod, it will also break; the material reason, if the parts are defective, The strength is insufficient, and the operation is easy to break.
3.Large resistance of castor plate.
First of all, due to the installation gap, the frictional resistance between the movable stringer and the surrounding grate box is large, or due to gap leakage and indirect friction crushing of the aggregate.22. The guide wheel of the movable longitudinal beam is damaged or the gap between the guide wheel and the longitudinal beam is improper, resulting in out-of-control walking track and friction interference with the grate box. Improper clearance between moving bar and grate plate, excessive interference through material. The foreign body between the movable rod and the fixed rod is blocked, and the front and rear are blocked.
4.Castor plate cold machine drop speed.
The speed of the castor plate cooler is also common. The reason for this is a leak, such as a broken pipe or a leak. Due to insufficient oil, the piston stops running or the speed drops. If the front and rear oil chambers leak, the effect is the same; improper adjustment or imbalance of the proportional valve leads to a reduction in the amount of oil leading to the cylinder and a slowdown in the piston speed; third, signal feedback problems, or outdated due to settings, poor contact or feedback time delay. At the same time, insufficient oil level can also lead to similar situations.
5.Hammer break jump stop.
The main reason for the hammer to stop is that large pieces of material or eggs are stuck or crushed to death, resulting in motor overcurrent protection; the second is the failure of the motor or hammer itself.
