Production process flow
Processing method description: Since different products have different processing methods, our company has a paraffin wax casting production line, a resin sand casting production line, a lost foam casting production line, and a coated sand production line.
The paraffin casting production line and the coated sand production line are used to produce the fourth-generation grate cooler grate board, the resin sand casting production line is used to produce the kiln mouth guard plate and the kiln tail guard plate, and the lost foam casting production line is used to produce hanging slabs.
